••MINNESOTA TWINS BASEBALL  FRI-SAT-SUN at Colorado to play the Rockies  MON-TUE-WED at Boston; All-Star game Tuesday night at Target Field!!

••Annual “God’s Child Charity Golf Tourament”  iis on FRIDAY at Prairie West Golf Course.  Registration is at 12noon and shotgun start at 1pm.   More info at www.godschild.org or 244-7956. 

 

••Great Western Exposition   Is on through the weekend at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park.  It’s a 3-day event offering a variety of activities for the whole family.  Dinner on Friday night at the Custer House with General & Mrs. Custer.   South of Mandan.   

 

••”Lion & Mouse Stories”  Are on stage presented by the Dakota Stage & The Shade Tree Players.   Features area children ages 7-18 and this production is a fun filled family events. About a lion who plans to eat a mouse and a mouse who has no wish to be eaten.  Performances FRI-SAT-SUN at 7pm.  $10 for adults and $6 for children.  Dakota Stage is at 412 East Main downtown Bismarck. 

 

••Capitol Farmers Market.  Is on starting SAT at 8am and SUN at 12noon at the K-Mart Parking Lot.  Free admission.

 

••Summer Camera Camp For Kids—“Summer Safari” is on at the Dakota Zoon.  SAT from 10am-1pm.  Kids must be at least 5 to be a part of this fun event.  Bring a digital camera, and kids will learn how to take a photo and how to view it.  Any point and shoot camera will work.   Being presented by Bob’s Photo at the Dakota Zoo in Bismarck!!

••”Saturday In The Park” at Hillside Lions Park  Is on Saturday from 11am-2pm.  This is Free Family Fun.  With hotdogs, popcorn, snocones, face painting, inflatables, games, live music and more.  East Boulevard and 16th Street.  FREE 

 

••Free Blues Festival Is On SUNDAY Muddy River Blues Society has their annual FREE Blues Festival on at the Ramada Bismarck Hotel 1400-East Interchange Avenue, right off I-94.  It’s on from 2-8pm and this is a fun outdoor show.  Everyone is welcome!!

 

••10th Annual “Driven By Faith” Car Show.  Is on MONDAY at the Bismarck High School NW Parking Lot.  Classic cars, motorcycles, along with music, hamburgers, hotdogs, t-shirt, local vendors and more.  It’s a benefit for the Camp Of The Cross summer camp.  It’s on from 530-830pm MONDAY!!  800 North 8th Street in Bismarck. 

 

••Bandshell Concerts Continue Thru The Summer at Dykshorn Park in Mandan From 730-830pm Music nightly on MON-TUE-WED & THU.  FREE.   Continues thru August 14th.
