This is not just a southern thing, it's a let's get all excited about it on social media kinda thing.

He was a former member of the Allman Brothers Band precursor group Hour Glass with Gregg and Duane Allman.

This concert followed 45 years together, millions of albums sold and countless miles.

To say they were up against a wall in the fall of 1972 would be something of an understatement.
