The Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Capitol is Tonight, December 8th

Tonight is the tree lighting ceremony at the North Dakota State Capitol.

The event is open to the public and will take place from 5pm to 7pm at Memorial Hall inside the Capitol building.

According to the Bismarck Tribune, 424 ornaments were donated to this year's tree. They were all handmade by students, artists and craftspeople which has been the case since 1981.
