When you've had that initial surgery, it's always good to be around like-minded people that go through the same experiences you do. Here's a story about one of them.

There is a weight loss surgery support group happening in a number of Medical Facilities on February 5th. Locally it will be held at the CHI St. Alexis Medical Facility. In the telemedicine room of CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck (located in the basement of the Bone and Joint building) as well as in Williston, Minot, Dickinson, Mobridge and Carrington AT THE SAME TIMEFRAME via Telehealth.

This is such a great opportunity to connect with people that have gone through the same problems and surgery that you have as well as help with the healing process and prepare for life after surgery.

The fact that all of these hospitals are being connected in this support group only helps the therapeutic process  ( because there are more experiences involved ).
