A University of North Dakota player has been picked up by an NFL team.

Will Ratelle, a linebacker at UND has signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent.

Though Ratelle was a linebacker at UND, he will likely try to make his way into the Falcons offense.

In preparation for the NFL draft, Ratelle had been training as a fullback.

We'll see if Ratelle is able to make a smooth transition from defense to offense.

Ratelle joins Carson Wentz, Joe Haeg and CJ Smith among players who played college ball in the state of North Dakota to sign with NFL teams over the last few days.
