Bucks Lose Third Straight
It was another close game for the Bucks but they once again fell on the short end of things.
Bismarck was taking on the West Michigan Ironmen at home, the only team they have beaten this season so far.
The last time the Bucks beat them they were on the road. Tonight, the Bucks began the first of a three game home stand.
It was a good back and forth game and one of the higher scoring affairs for Bismarck. In their last four games, Bismarck had not given up more than 33 points.
Tonight the Bucks lost 64-57. Bismarck had an opportunity late in the fourth quarter to tie the game but on 4th down, quarterback Johnathan Bane, who returned this week after missing the previous two, was sacked.
Wide Receiver Elby Pope remained sidelined tonight with a sprained MCL but Pope was confident he would be play in the Bucks next game against the Kansas City Phantoms on April 15th.
The Bucks have a bye next week. Bismarck is now 1-4 on the season.
