Driver Rams into DAPL Protesters in Los Angeles

Recently a bill was struck down in North Dakota that would have not held drivers liable for accidentally hitting protesters.

In Los Angeles, a driver decided to purposely run over some protesters who were on the street in opposition to the Dakota Access Pipeline.

According to FOX News the protesters were blocking traffic near the Army Corp of Engineers office in downtown Los Angeles.
