An Enderlin, North Dakota man is behind bars after calling police on Sunday (Feb 7) and confessing to a murder.

Paul Allen Miller, 28, called authorities on Sunday to inform them of his involvement in a shooting that had taken place on the 200 block of 3rd Avenue in Enderlin around 2:30 that morning.

Miller told them that he was the gunman, and that the shooting, which proved fatal to the victim, Billy Holladay, had been "intentional murder."

Police arrested Miller Sunday evening and took him to the Cass County Jail, where he is currently being held, awaiting charges.
