Free Cooking Demonstration in Bismarck

A live cooking demonstration that promotes healthy eating will be happening Bismarck.

Thursday, November 3rd at 5:30 p.m., 40 Steak + Seafood in Bismarck will host the live event. The goal is to show just how easy cooking healthy is. The event will show those that attend how to prepare the right meals for the upcoming holidays, as well as the basic cooking skills and techniques, for those that consider themselves a novice at cooking.

The event will also include several speakers, such as Chef Alan Abryzo, Nancy Jo Bateman from the North Dakota Beef Commission and Stephen Boateng, a cardiologist with Sanford Health.

For those who don't have the slightest idea of how to cook and their idea of the concept is microwaving a T.V. dinner, such as myself, this event could be more than you bargained for. After all, it's free.
