North Dakota Buried Under Snow During Spring Blizzard of 2014 [PHOTOS]

Winter Storm Xenia is certainly making her presence felt around the Bismarck-Mandan area.While (slowly) driving around town, we saw drivers using care while negotiating the roads in Bismarck-Mandan. Visibility was very poor due to blowing and drifting snow.

Folks bundled up and fought the winds and snow the best way they could!

Conditions should improve for Tuesday with sunny skies forecast, but still cold.
