Old-Fashioned Swear Words….

It still shocks me when I hear an "F-Bomb" or another swear word come out of the mouth of a child.   Somehow--that's just NOT RIGHT.   I remember my mom saying "Cripes Mur-rire"  Whatever that means.   Thinking back about our parents and grandparents and what they wonder what your great-great-grandpa said when he stubbed his toe?

Here are some old-fashioned swear words that he might have said. AND loudly.

Bejabbers!

Consarn!

Dad-sizzle!

Thunderation!

Great horn spoon!

'Snails!

Gosh-all-Potomac!

G. Rover Cripes!
