Twitter Users Can’t Believe North Dakota is the Fourth Best State

Earlier this morning, U.S. News & World Report announced that North Dakota is the fourth best state and Twitter users are in disbelief.

Certainly we can admit that  across the country people don't consider North Dakota to be a state that people have first on their bucket list for a state to travel to or a state to live in.
