Well, it's officially in our community.  Two cases of Novel COVID-19 cases were announced Tuesday evening by the Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health.  Public Health stresses calm and caution following the report.

The North Dakota Department of Health released information that included of two cases in Burleigh county.  Both individuals were considered travel related.  One individual, a male in his 50s, had traveled domestically.  The other individual, a woman in her 20s, had traveled internationally.  In total, North Dakota has five confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Bismarck Public Health wants to reassure the community, they are trying to stop the spread of COVID-19.  They will continue to practice and observe measures to keep everyone safe, and are hopeful our comminity and our state will prove to be only a small sample of the overall COVID-19 situation.

A this time, all city services will continue.  However, now more than ever, it's critical preventative action for your health, and the health of the community said the Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health.
