Best Dog Here In North Dakota For New Dog Owners

You know me---I am a dog person---nothing against cats.   I really love Beagles and Boston Terriers.   I've had both of those breeds and had a great experience with both.  But if you're thinking about becoming a dog owner for the first time there are certain breeds that vets say are the best here in North Dakota!

According to a new survey from VetStreet.com, the Golden Retriever is the #1 choice for new dog owners.  They looked at various aspects of the breeds of dogs such as intelligence, behavior and the dog's temperament.   Vets overwhelmingly believe that a Golden Retriever is the best.  Other good breeds include the Poodle, the Cockapo and the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.    A great choice is to adopt from the local humane societies here in Bismarck-Mandan.   (Yahoo)
