Cloverdale Foods Wins ‘Best Bacon’ at Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival
Congratulations to Cloverdale Foods for winning 'Best Bacon' at the 10th Annual Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival.
Is there such thing as bad bacon? Probably not. However, one of America's favorite foods can always be better. This year, Cloverdale Foods' Chipotle Garlic Bacon blended with traditional hickory smoke won 'Best Bacon.'
The Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival is an annual event in Des Moines. The festival has contests, a beauty pageant, music, mechanical bull riding and lots and LOTS of bacon. 2,000 pounds of bacon to be exact!
Cloverdale also brought their signature smoke applewood bacon.
Congrats to our friends at Cloverdale and thank you for providing us with the 'Best Bacon!'
