Fargo Native Hoping for Miss USA Crown This Sunday on FOX

The Miss USA Pageant is this Sunday on FOX.

Raquel Wellentin will represent North Dakota. According to the Miss USA website, Wellentin was actually born in the Philippines but the 24 year old is currently pursuing a degree at NDSU in Health and Physical Education.
