Prepare for Increased Foot and Vehicle Traffic Around the Capitol This Afternoon

The Bismarck Police Department is asking that people be aware that a demonstration is set to take place at the Capitol Grounds at 4pm today (8/18/16).

The demonstration is in regards to the Dakota Access Pipeline. The Bismarck Police in a news release, say they anticipate a rather small crowd but say that more people may migrate to the area.

Bismarck Police are notifying nearby residents by going door-to-door and by making phone calls.
