Thieves Break Hearts of Bismarck/Mandan Charity.
Thing is...something is not valuable until someone buys it!
So you've got to try and sell it...so, lets find the thieves that are trying to sell these things you'll see below. These items were stolen from Furry Friends Rockin' Rescue's upcoming Woofstock fundraiser. Problem is, they may have been stolen anytime over the summer. The theft was only recently discovered as they began preparing for this Saturday's event. So you may have already innocently bought one of these "hot" items.
Take a look and see if you recognize any of these one-of-a-kind items.
So here's the part where you recognize some of these pieces and contact the Mandan Police Department and Furry Friends can get these auction items back. You can learn more by checking out the Furry Friends Rockin' Rescue Facebook page.
Take a listen to a sit down interview I did Monday morning with Julie Schirado from Furry Friends
As Julie mentions...it's time to get over the anger and on with the show.
Woofstock is taking place this Saturday from 4 pm to 10 pm at Bismarck's Buckstop Junction. There are still hundreds of great items in both the live and silent auctions. There's still food trucks and face painting. There's tie dying and something called balloon ninjas. There will be an "animal medium" on hand for folks that are into that kinda stuff. Brianna Helbling and the Outsiders are the musical entertainment for the event and they are just great! Admission is free but free will donations are always appreciated.
This Saturday, bring whatever amount of money you're prepared to part with and help Furry Friends Rockin' Rescue continue the invaluable work they do.
