 ••8th Annual "Super Chili Bowl" is on FRIDAY NIGHT 6-9pm at the Bismarck Ramada Hotel--formerly the Doublewood Inn in Bismarck.  Come and enjoy and vote for your favorite chili--you will help pick the best in Bismarck and Mandan.  $5.   We'll provide your bowl, utensil, cheese, crackers and of course CHILI!  Prizes, games, music and more!   Bismarck Ramada Hotel is right off I-94 at the State Street Exit #159.  

 

••See the daring award winning drama “Doubt”  Presented by the Dakota Stage Limited.  This is their 34th season. Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of improper conduct in his parish.  It’s on stage WED thru SAT at 730pm and SUN at 2pm thru February 3rd.  Tickets are $18 for adults and #15 for students, seniors and military.  Dakota Stage is in downtown Bismarck at 412 East Main.

 

••Ski & Tube At Deer Mountain!!  Slopes are open FRI, SAT & SUN for skiing and tubing.   Lifts run on FRI from 1230-430 and from 930-430 on SAT & SUN.  Night tubing FRI from 6-9pm.   Sky Mystic Deer Mountain is in Lead, SD.   www.skymystic.com 

 

••6th Annual Cabin Fever Indoor Car Show is this weekend.  It’s on FRI from 12noon-8pm and SAT from 10am-4pm at Riverwood RV and Moritz Sport & Marine in Mandan.  Admission is free, but a free will donation to Mandan Public Schools will be welcome.   www.mandancabinfever.com

••Knights of Columbus Benefit Breakfast for Mandan Catholic Schools is on SUN from 9am-1pm at the Spirit Of Life Church, 801 First Street Southeast in Mandan.  $6 per person!   Pancakes, eggs, sausage and more!

 

••Benefit Breakfast & Silent Auction is on SUN from 9am-1pm at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.   This is a benefit for Vera Peterson, who has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer.   Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, juice and more will be served up.  Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is located at the corner of Washington Street & Divide Avenue in Bismarck.

 

••Family Story Time is on MONDAY at 630pm at the Bismarck Public Library.  It’s an evening storytelling session for the whole family.  FREE!   The library is at 515 North 5th Street.
