It's true and it's by choice.  So, if you've got four co-workers one of y'all probably won't be getting the vaccine.  Might be you.

According to 24/7 Wall Street, nationwide the U.S. Census Bureau survey shows that 18% of America's 18 and older population will either definitely not or probably not get the vaccination.

I wonder if that number would come down now after the vaccine launch.  Probably not, most people are pretty set in their ways.  Speaking of "set in their ways", let's talk North Dakota!

North Dakotans higher anti vaxxers than national average.

In the survey, 22.3% of North Dakota's eligible population won't get the vaccine.  There's obviously concern about side effects.  There's the wait and see mentality.  There's the charitable refusal because you feel it could be more important for someone else to get vaccinated.  Although, inside the North Dakota numbers one fact seems pretty darn clear...

In North Dakota, an estimated 125,000 adults, or 22.3% of the eligible population, say they will likely refuse the vaccine. Of all adults in the state, 7.9% will refuse because they do not trust the COVID-19 vaccine specifically, 5.1% because they are against vaccination in general, and 9.7% because they distrust the government.

We don't trust the government.

We don't.

If you thinks 22% vaccine avoidance is a pretty high number...let's talk about the Deep South.

Alabama    26.9%

Arkansas    29.2%

Georgia      25.3%

But that's nothing compared to the Old West

Idaho         27.1%

and our WINNER IS.....

WYOMING!  32.8% of Wyomingites will not get vaccinated.

You can barely maintain herd immunity with those kinda numbers.  So will you be one of the four out of five North Dakotas wearing your sleeve up all day after your vaccination  like it was an "I VOTED" sticker, or will you be the uninoculated one sitting at the table sneezing on everyone's spoons?

Go ahead...that's what the shots are for.
