••ªMINNESOTA VIKINGS  Pre-Season Action SUNDAY night 7pm against the SF 49’ers.  Game televised on NBC

FUN STUFF AROUND OUR FAIR CITY!

••Like Model Aircraft?   Check out the annual fall fun fly.  It’s on FRI SAT & SUN, it’s a chance to watch some great radio controlled airplane flying action.  All day long for 3 days.  From Highway 83 and 1804, go west on 1804 around 6 miles, turn left at 97^th, and follow the signs.

••BisMarket Farmers Market is open SAT from 9am-1pm and TUES from 4-7pm at Bismarck’s Sertoma Park, near Shelter 5.  Use the entrance by the Amusement Park.  Locally grown farm-fresh products, this is a great health choice.  FREE admission!!

••Love Ice Cream?  Ice cream social is on SUN from 2-4pm at the St. Vincent’s Care Center dining room.  $2 for adults, and kids 12 and under are in free! 

••Audition for “Who’s On First” with the Dakota Stage are on SUN & MON from 7-9pm.  Auditions will be held at the Dakota Stage 412 East Main Avenue.  The production will hit the stage in October.

••A 1K & 5K Family Run & Walk is on SAT sponsored by Mandan United Methodist Church at Eagles Park in Mandan.  Registration at 8am in the park’s Shelter and the walk begins at 9am. 

••Mandan Farmers Market is open SAT starting at 8am at Heritage Park on Main Street.  Open til everything sells out.   Also open TUES at 10am, and SAT thru October 29^th.

••Learn About Photography at a mini-class at Bob’s Photo at 1019 East Interstate Avenue SAT Morning 10-1130am.  FREE.

••Come & See The Animals!  The Dakota Zoo now has their summer hours is open daily from 10am-7pm.  $7 for adults, $4 for children.    New bear cubs and baby camels to see!

••Take a Guided Tour of Buckstop Junction. Any Saturday or Sunday at 1pm.  Vintage Shop is open from 12noon-4pm.  $5 for adults and $3 for students, off the East Bismarck Expressway.

••Capital Farmers Market is open Friday starting at 3pm, and is open all day Saturday in the K-Mart Parking Lot starting at 8am.

••Members of the Military and their immediately family in FREE at the Gateway of Science thru Labor Day.   It’s open FRI & SAT 10am-5pm and MON-THU 12N-7pm.  1810 Schaefer Street in Bismarck, near Bismarck State.

••Summer Band Shell Concerts continue MON THRU FRI at 730pm Mandan’s Dykshoorn Park on the west end of Main Street.  Dacotah Lions sell burgers and brats EVERY TUE from 530-730pm.   The concerts are FREE!
