COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner for Dec. 16

This was our final COOL Photo of the Week contest for 2016.

For our final contest of the year, we got a lot of amazing submissions as you can see in the above photo slideshow or the below photo gallery.

This week's picture is simplistic and yet something about it draws you in even though it is just snow covered barbed wire.

Aredelle's submission nets her four free movie passes to Carmike Cinemas. She is also our final winner for 2016. That title doesn't actually mean anything but she can add it to her resume anyway.

We'll begin taking submissions again on our Facebook page on Jan. 4.
