COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner for July 28

Recently we had some storms in the area and it yielded some pretty COOL photos.

Kirsten submitted a photo that is without doubt a really COOL photo but it looks like it would also make an incredible painting.

A co-worker of mine said that when he looks at this photo it looks like a dragon is about to swoop in. We have not confirmed if a dragon appeared after this photo was taken. We'll pretend that there was one for dramatic effect.
