COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner for August 18

The view of a potential oncoming storm is this week's COOL Photo of the Week!

Melody submitted a photo of some dark clouds and rain in the distance over a body of water and the result is indeed a very COOL photo.

We feel pretty bad for those people all the way over there. But maybe Mary will share her platter of Subway subs with the folks who got rained on.
