COOL Photo of the Week Contest Winner for July 14

This week's COOL Photo of the Week is cool but it's not for a good reason.

Earlier this week, Deputy Chief Paul Leingang of the Mandan Police Department succumbed to his six month battle with cancer.

Sarah Leingang Davis happened to be at the Mandan Police Department to take a photo of the flags at half-staff. But there appeared to be a message from the sky.

The cloud in the sky looks like a broken heart. It's perfectly fitting and yet still heartwarming and sad.

It's a great photo to honor the late Deputy Chief Paul Leingang. We send our best to his family and friends.
